Dealer Rating: (25 reviews) 'I was called back by charlie the owner as I had no car he made plans to pick me up and then because he refused to deal we went to get 500 from my son. Not to mention that as soon as we signed the papers at Exclusive, the dealer took my daughters phone to bring up the Car Gurus review pages, and asked her to give them a good review. I understand it's 'let the buyer beware' when it comes to buying used cars, but I felt completely taken advantage-of.
To unlock the back doors, we have to literally climb over the seat. not to mention the automatic door locks only worked on the driver's door. Also, both of the rear coils were completely broken (which the mechanic said they would have known), and the entire exhaust needed replaced. However, I asked if there was anything wrong with the vehicle, and was told no, not that they know of, but after we transferred the title and took the car for inspection, the mechanic informed me that the entire undercarriage was rusted through and had been puttied.
